3. Event Tickets

  • Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the named purchaser, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Tickets are non-refundable except if an event is cancelled or rescheduled, per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • If an event is cancelled, we will refund the ticket price (excluding booking fees) within 14 days.
  • If rescheduled, you may request a refund within 7 days of notification or use your ticket for the new date.
