Private Events :: House of Kaos

Private & Bespoke Events

Some nights shouldn’t feel like events – they should feel like legends. House of Kaos designs private and corporate experiences that step outside the ordinary: dinners that feel like dark rituals, parties that unfold like stories, launches that haunt people (in the best possible way).

Whether you’re plotting an intimate reanimation feast, a full‑scale vampire ball for clients or something stranger entirely, we build the world, the narrative and the atmosphere around you.

Inclusivity, comfort & care behind the scenes

We create spaces where your guests can be bold, strange and entirely themselves. Our team is experienced in access needs, sensory considerations and mixed‑audience events – from VIP clients to close friends. If your event has specific requirements, tell us, and we’ll design around them. Begin the conversation at events@houseofkaos.co.uk .

Private & Intimate

Immersive Themed Dinners

Multi‑course feasts wrapped in story. Think resurrection banquets, cursed high‑society suppers, candlelit seances and gothic tasting menus – built for birthdays, anniversaries and once‑in‑a‑lifetime nights.

Bespoke Concepts

Something Completely Unholy

Have an idea that doesn’t fit a box? Good. We love broken rules. Share your seed of a concept and we’ll help it grow teeth, wings or roots in whatever direction feels right.

Share Your Idea

How it works

  1. Summon us. Email a rough outline – date, location (if known), guest numbers, budget range and what kind of chaos you’re dreaming of.
  2. We shape the ritual. We’ll respond with concepts, tone options and rough pricing, then refine the idea with you.
  3. World‑building. Once confirmed, we design narrative, décor, styling guidance, performers and sensory details.
  4. The night itself. Our team runs the creative side on site so you can actually enjoy the event you conjured.

Dress, Space & Behaviour

Private events follow the same principles as our public nights: dress to slay, behave to protect the world we’re creating together. We ask you and your guests to:

  • Share the dress expectations with your guests in advance – we can provide custom guidelines to match your theme.
  • Avoid hate symbols, discriminatory imagery and costumes that target real‑world identities or trauma.
  • Remember that costumes never equal consent – interaction and touch must always be invited and respected.
  • Keep props, outfits and behaviour safe for the venue and for other humans (no real weapons, no reckless stunts).
  • Respect our team’s judgment on anything that compromises safety or the experience – we are there to protect the night for everyone.

Private Event FAQs

What kinds of private events do you create?

Anything from intimate themed dinners for 10–20 guests to full‑venue takeovers, client nights, brand activations and bespoke balls. If it benefits from story, atmosphere and theatrical detail, we’re interested.

How far in advance should we get in touch?

For fully bespoke experiences, we recommend 8–12 weeks notice. Smaller dinners or lighter‑touch styling can sometimes be turned around faster, depending on our schedule. If your date is fixed, email us as soon as you can.

Do you provide venues or work with ours?

Both. We regularly work with partner venues in and around Newcastle and the North East, but we’re also happy to design within a space you’ve already secured, provided it’s suitable for the concept.

Can you handle catering and drinks?

We collaborate with trusted chefs and bar teams rather than running catering ourselves. For some venues we can recommend providers; for others we work alongside your chosen team to make sure food and drink feel integrated into the story.

How much do private events cost?

Budgets vary depending on scale, venue, number of performers and design complexity. As a very rough guide, immersive dinners start from a few thousand pounds, while full‑scale balls and takeovers require a higher investment. Share your realistic range in your first email and we’ll propose concepts that fit.

Do private events follow the same dress code as public ones?

Yes, though we can tune it to your brief. We’ll supply a tailored dress guide you can send with your invites, so guests know exactly how to arrive in character. Our standard rules on respect, safety and appropriative costumes always apply.

Can you accommodate access needs and different comfort levels?

Absolutely. We can adapt intensity, interaction and environment to suit your guests, and we take access seriously from the planning stage. Let us know early about mobility, sensory or other requirements so we can design accordingly.

How do we start planning our event?

Send an email to events@houseofkaos.co.uk with your ideal date, location (if known), guest numbers, budget range and a few words about the feeling you want your guests to leave with, or simply complete the enquiry form below and we’ll take it from there.
